When you are asked to tap, you can use most of your fingers I use three, that way my clients are more sure, to be hitting the right spot. Then tap a few times on each spot about (5 to 7 times).

(so you don't have to wait for a specific video you can start NOW!) Just tune into what your problem is, writing it down is very powerful, rate your level of intensity scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest. When repeating what I say if your pain is lets say in your right hip then say right hip.

Also do the videos this is intention packed for everyone to collectively heal. Money problems can have many layers to it, stemming all the way back to other lives. Do the Self Image video more then once it is also in the discussion area.

Thanks for your invitation to join, and your loving words. Yes, we sure do need to heal, and we need to start with ourselves.
I have been using EFT to the best of my ability for about a year now, and finally was able to see an EFT practitioner in my area.
At this point in my life my huge, limiting, overwhelming block is with money. I have always lived in near poverty, struggling and feeling EXTREMELY trapped. I certainly understand our role as creators, there is no doubt in my mind that we are energy and as such attract whatever we focus upon. In the session we did focus on the trapped feeling and it has eased somewhat, but just recalling that I have to pay a few dollars now and then to cover the cost of the session creates the feeling of lack which creates more lack. If you've got any suggestions please let me know!
I have been sending EFT info to everyone that I know, it really is amazing, easy and effective but I haven't gotten much of a response from others. I used surrogate EFT for one of my cats, you can read her story at my blog http://catloverssite.info/
