When we transform our inner world, our outer world naturally changes without us having to even try. Our inner world functions as a magnet drawing to us events in our outer world. For this to happen, one needs to work from the inside out. The CMR process does exactly that.
The “pain body”, which is inside each one of us, stores, circulates, and recycles negative emotional charge (NEC) automatically throughout our bodies, creating a toxic “bad feeling” effect. Eckhart Tolle, renowned author of “Power of Now” and “A New Earth” speaks about the pain body as an entity unto itself that prevents us from knowing who or what we really are. We couldn’t have given the stored negative emotional charge in us, a better name or a more accurate definition than Eckhart Tolle’s.

My experience working with thousands of people have shown me that:
(1) the pain body can be released and peace and wellbeing can be attained through the awakening of the light body.

(2) we can effectively deal with and transform ongoing life difficulties without creating drama and storing additional pain in our bodies, and

(3) we need to deactivate the underlying belief system that supports and fuels the discomfort in us, so that permanent, beneficial shifts in awareness and well being can occur.

The more we do the CMR process, the more it deepens and becomes a part of who we are. Learning how to do it requires un-learning what we know in order to make space for the new and remember what we have forgotten - our innate ability to transform discomfort into peace...separation into connection...inner fragmentation into integration and well being. Armed with this process, we can stop the cycle we were taught, first within ourselves and naturally extend it outward to create the world we really want for ourselves and those that follow. Truly, we can create, a new earth.

Personal or phone coaching CMR sessions with Luis Diaz A CMR session is unique and unfolds in the moment. You may or may not have an issue to bring to the session. The theme of a session could be anything that you would like to change, improve or transform in your life. I frequently say to the people interested in taking sessions, that this work is meant to be practical. Therefore I ask them to avoid bringing to them intellectual or philosophical discussions which only will stimulate more the logical mind and frequently will create confusion. If you are just curious or you have the desire to discuss and talk about the theory behind this work, the private sessions are not the place for it. CMR Facilitator training If you are interested in applying this process to others, you can become a Facilitator in Cellular Memory Release. You will have to practice to gain ease, confidence and experience in combining and applying the techniques successfully with clients or friends.
This three level training takes about 18 months to complete and is a combination of live events and tele-seminars with practice and supervision in between levels. A new CMR training is offered once a year in different locations and in different languages.
